Get answers to common questions about Deep Tissue Massage 90 Minutes.
This extended deep tissue session focuses on slow, firm strokes and targeted pressure to reach deeper muscle layers. It addresses chronic knots and adhesions more effectively than standard Swedish massage, delivering longer-lasting structural and pain relief.
Your therapist will assess problem areas, adjust pressure to your comfort, and use slower, focused techniques. You may feel tenderness as knots release; communication is encouraged. Session includes extended time for thorough work and post-massage cooling and breathing to aid recovery.
Mild to moderate soreness is common for 24–72 hours as deep adhesions release. Drinking water, gentle stretching, and rest help recovery. If pain is severe or persists, contact us; your therapist can adjust pressure and recommend follow-up care.
Certain conditions like uncontrolled hypertension, recent surgeries, blood clots, severe osteoporosis, infections, or acute inflammation may contraindicate deep tissue work. Provide full medical history at booking; our clinicians will advise modifications or recommend alternatives for safety.
Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand, and wear comfortable clothing. Complete the intake form and communicate chronic issues or recent injuries. Plan light activity afterward to let muscles settle and maximize treatment benefits.
