Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Eyelash Fill.

We recommend refills every two to three weeks to maintain fullness and shape. Your technician will assess retention and suggest timing based on shedding, lifestyle, and desired look to keep your set looking fresh.

When applied and removed by a trained technician using proper adhesive and isolation, fills should not harm natural lashes. Gentle care and following aftercare instructions reduce stress on follicles and promote healthy lash retention.

A typical eyelash fill appointment takes forty-five to seventy-five minutes depending on how many extensions need replacing and whether your set is classic or volume. We tailor time per client to ensure precise placement and comfort.

Avoid swimming, saunas, and oily makeup immediately after a fill for twenty-four to forty-eight hours to allow adhesive to set. After that, gentle water exposure and oil-free cosmetics are acceptable with careful aftercare.

Come with clean, makeup-free eyes and dry lashes. Avoid lash curlers and waterproof mascara. If you have recent eye surgery, allergies, or infections, notify us so we can postpone or modify your appointment for safety.

We require a 50% deposit to book appointments to secure your slot. This deposit is applied to your service total; please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiture. (50% deposit required to book — flagged for placement.)
