Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Set Eyelash Extension.

A full set typically takes 90 to 150 minutes depending on lash style and natural lash condition. Classic sets are quicker while volume or mega-volume techniques require more time. Your technician will provide a timeframe during consultation and booking.

Properly applied by a trained technician and maintained with recommended aftercare, extensions should not permanently damage natural lashes. Damage can occur with poor application, heavy fills, or aggressive rubbing. Regular fills and gentle care preserve lash health and longevity.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours prior. Remove contact lenses or bring a case to wear after. Expect to recline for the appointment and bring reference photos for desired length and curl.

A full set initially looks fullest; natural lash shedding causes gradual loss. Most clients schedule fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Individual retention depends on lash growth cycles, aftercare, and lifestyle factors like skincare products and rubbing.

Avoid water, steam, and sweating for the first 24–48 hours. Use oil-free cleansers and avoid oil-based makeup. Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie, sleep on your back when possible, and schedule regular fills to retain density.

A 50% deposit is required to book; cancellation or rescheduling policies apply. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Late cancellations may incur fees to protect appointment availability.
