AM Wellness membership includes member pricing on treatments, priority appointment booking, complimentary consultations, and access to exclusive promotions. Depending on your selected plan (annual or monthly Elite), you’ll receive specific treatment credits and savings outlined at enrollment.
Yes. You can change plans by contacting our membership team. Upgrading or switching may prorate fees; annual cancellations could have terms. We’ll guide you through billing adjustments and ensure uninterrupted access to benefits during the transition.
Credits are applied at checkout for eligible services. Schedule with our front desk or online; notify staff you’re a member to redeem credits. Some treatments require pre-authorization—our team will confirm eligibility and remaining credit balance before your appointment.
Certain promotions, third-party products, and cosmetic packages may be excluded. Peak holiday periods could limit scheduling; blackout dates are rare but possible. Full terms and any exclusions are provided in your membership agreement and explained during enrollment.
Monthly members are billed automatically each month to the card on file. Billing includes membership dues and any additional service charges not covered by credits. You can update payment methods, pause, or cancel per the membership terms.
