Trim hair to about a quarter-inch if needed, exfoliate a day prior, and avoid tanning or heavy creams on the day. Arrive clean and wear loose clothing. Discuss any skin sensitivities with your esthetician before service.
Waxing can feel more intense than shaving because it removes hair from the root, but discomfort is brief. Our trained staff use techniques to minimize pain and can offer numbing options or extra care for sensitive clients.
Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on personal hair growth cycles. With regular waxing, hair often grows back finer and less dense, extending the interval between visits.
Mild redness or tiny bumps are common immediately after waxing and usually subside within hours to a day. Avoid hot baths, sun exposure, heavy exercise, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours to reduce irritation.
Always disclose medications and medical conditions at booking. Certain topical retinoids and oral medications can contraindicate waxing. Pregnancy is generally safe but discuss timing and comfort concerns with your esthetician and healthcare provider.
A 50% deposit is required to book and will be applied to your service cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit; please contact us promptly to reschedule or review exceptions.
