Trim hair to about 1/4 inch, avoid heavy lotions on the day of service, and pause retinoids a few days before. Please note a 50% deposit is required when booking to secure your Wax or l – 3 appointment.

Most clients report mild, brief discomfort that eases quickly. Our technicians use gentle technique and soothing aftercare; topical numbing can be discussed beforehand for highly sensitive skin if desired.

Expect smoothness for about three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth. Regular appointments often extend intervals as hair becomes finer; schedule follow-ups to maintain optimal results.

Shaving between waxing sessions is not recommended because it removes the hair you want waxed. If necessary, lightly trim with scissors or a trimmer rather than shaving to preserve waxing effectiveness.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use gentle moisturizers, avoid exfoliation for at least 48 hours, and apply soothing aloe or recommended aftercare products.

Appointments are recommended to guarantee service; a 50% deposit is required to reserve Wax or l – 3 bookings. Walk-ins may be accepted when schedule allows but cannot be guaranteed without prior booking.
